About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager responsible for gold and precious metals. The role will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy, monitor market trends and ensure strong client focus.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a full‑scale sales strategy for gold and precious metals.
• Monitor market trends and stay up‑to‑date with changes.
• Manage the entire sales process and create sales plans.
• Prepare regular reports on sales results.
• Oversee the CRM system and analyse sales data.
• Collaborate with the marketing department and project managers on sales projects.
• Lead, motivate and manage the sales team.
• Maintain a strong focus on client needs and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in precious metals or related sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical and organisational capabilities.
• Proactive, creative and able to work independently.
• Willingness to undertake occasional field work and attend daily/weekly meetings.
• Patience and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales data analysis.
