About the role

Babić Bakery, a long‑standing producer of premium Dalmatian baked goods, is expanding its market presence. The company seeks an ambitious and proactive Sales Manager to lead key accounts, drive sales initiatives, and support a growing field team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key partners in HoReCa and retail channels.
• Plan, execute and coordinate sales activities, identifying new business opportunities.
• Lead, assign tasks and support a team of traveling sales representatives.
• Participate in commercial negotiations covering price, delivery terms, order volumes and specific customer requirements.
• Collaborate closely with production and distribution departments to forecast demand, ensure timely deliveries and control invoicing.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions and produce sales reports and analyses.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales‑related role.
• Higher education (economics preferred but not mandatory).
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and reliable work ethic.
