About the role
Snipes Croatia is expanding its team in Split and is looking for a motivated retail sales associate. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, ensuring they receive professional advice and a seamless shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional customer care and product advice.
- Guarantee optimal service quality for every shopper.
- Maintain a smooth sales process from inquiry to purchase.
- Receive, inspect and manage incoming merchandise.
- Create visual displays that promote products and stimulate sales.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail is an advantage.
- Strong customer‑orientation and service mindset.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and self‑initiated attitude.
- Team‑player with good awareness of collective goals.
- Physical stamina and flexibility for store duties.
- Passion for sneakers, fashion accessories and up‑to‑date style trends.
