About the role

We are looking for a communicative, motivated and responsible Sales Advisor to join our perfume boutique at Mall of Split. You will be the face of the store, providing high‑quality service and personalized advice to customers interested in fragrances and cosmetics.

Key responsibilities

• Approach customers proactively and deliver premium service.
• Advise shoppers on perfumes and beauty products, creating a personalized buying experience.
• Achieve sales targets and participate in promotional activities.
• Handle cash register operations and ensure accurate transactions.
• Receive, organize, and control merchandise, maintaining stock levels and store tidiness.
• Display products according to company standards and support inventory checks.
• Execute marketing and promotional actions within the store.
• Maintain clean, attractive, and well‑presented retail space.
