About the role

Asmira Adriatic d.o.o., part of the Asmira Group, is looking for an Operations Manager for Croatia to lead all activities at the D‑Marin Dalmacija marina in Sukošan (Zadar). The role combines strategic, commercial and operational responsibilities to align the Croatian business with the group’s regional goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic, commercial and operational coordination for all company activities in Croatia, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives for the Adriatic region.
• Oversee daily operations of the fuel station at D‑Marin Dalmacija, maintaining service quality, safety and efficiency standards.
• Manage performance of the station manager and related teams, set targets, monitor results and support team development.
• Control fuel supply, inventory, pricing, logistics and delivery processes to guarantee service continuity and cost optimisation.
• Represent the company professionally before marina authorities, port and customs bodies, local institutions and business partners.
• Lead annual business planning, budgeting and goal setting for the Croatian market, and take corrective actions based on performance analysis.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education or a pre‑university degree.
• Experience in the fuel sector.
• Proven team‑leadership experience.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem‑solving.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑service orientation.
• Flexibility to work variable hours and adapt to an intensive work pace.
