About the role

The Maintenance Manager will lead the hotel’s maintenance department, ensuring that all technical systems meet the high standards expected by the brand and contribute to the financial success of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, organise and coordinate the maintenance team to deliver quality hotel services.
• Plan and execute regular and preventive maintenance across all hotel areas.
• Manage house‑keeping technicians and external service providers, validating work orders.
• Participate in projects, develop maintenance schedules and small‑investment plans.
• Control the implementation of maintenance plans and order urgent repairs.
• Resolve emergency breakdowns when external services are unavailable.
• Optimise maintenance and energy costs, monitor material and energy consumption.
• Ensure compliance with legal obligations and internal procedures.
• Apply quality‑control measures according to corporate standards.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma in electrotechnics, plumbing or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum three years of experience in similar maintenance or supervisory roles.
• Proven organisational and leadership abilities.
• Fluent in English (mandatory) and computer literate.
