About the role

The company seeks a Project Manager for electrical energy projects to lead and coordinate maintenance activities of electrical equipment and systems. The role focuses on ensuring optimal operation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of maintenance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate regular and extraordinary maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
• Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance plans.
• Prepare tender documentation, select contractors, and supervise contracted work.
• Rapidly resolve technical issues to keep systems running optimally.
• Maintain constant communication with internal stakeholders and collaborate with other departments.
• Monitor emerging technologies and methods in electrical maintenance.

Required profile

• University degree in Electrical Engineering (VSS/VŠS).
• Knowledge of legal obligations and regulations in the energy sector.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, flexibility, and teamwork orientation.
• Good command of English.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• No prior experience required.
