About the role

The Senior Information Security Specialist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining information security requirements, managing security documentation, and supporting the organization’s cyber‑risk posture. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of security processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain information security requirements, focusing on processes, associated risks, and monitoring implementation across the organization.
• Develop and keep up‑to‑date security management documentation, covering information and cyber security, business continuity, and crisis management (policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, methodologies, minimum requirements).
• Produce security opinions and analyses based on established rules and control frameworks, using information provided by requestors.
• Raise awareness and train employees on data protection and security best practices.
• Actively transfer knowledge and skills to colleagues through established communication channels.
• Manage routine tasks, communicate status updates, and promptly escalate potential challenges.
• Prepare content for regular and ad‑hoc logistics sector reports.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the security manager.

Required profile

• University degree (VSS) in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar information or cyber security roles.
• Specific knowledge of information and cyber security, business continuity, and crisis management (including policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, methodologies, and minimum requirements).
• Proficiency in English.
• Good command of the MS Office suite.
