IT Technician – Entry Level

About the role

As an IT Technician you will provide technical support and superior customer service to end‑users across the United States. You will work on a variety of tasks, from setting up Wi‑Fi in small offices to troubleshooting enterprise‑grade networks for multi‑story buildings.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with US end‑users via phone, email and remote access.
• Configure and manage workstations, tablets, printers, scanners and other devices.
• Set up email clients, shared folders, domain accounts and install software updates.
• Troubleshoot desktop, peripheral and virtual workstation issues.
• Assist with server‑related problems and collaborate on complex client‑wide incidents.
• Document processes, issues and solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Essential knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office 365 and basic computer networking.
• Available to work the 3 PM – 11 PM shift.
• Strong communication, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
