About the role

We are looking for a motivated retail sales associate to join our team at Siguran Dom.hr in Zagreb. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, helping them choose products and handling online orders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in the store, providing product advice and recommendations.
• Process orders received through the web shop, generate invoices and prepare shipments.
• Receive, organize, label and stock merchandise.
• Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the sales floor.
• Perform daily store‑related tasks such as cash handling and inventory checks.

Required profile

• Responsible, reliable and courteous attitude towards customers.
• Willingness to learn, develop new skills and stay with the company long‑term.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
