About the role

We are looking for motivated field sales representatives to join our nationwide team. You will act as the face of Förch d.o.o. across Croatia, serving long‑term customers in the construction and automotive sectors and helping to grow our client base.

Key responsibilities

• Sell, advise and develop relationships with existing partners.
• Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
• Plan sales activities and organise field visits.
• Report on sales performance and results.
• Continuously improve knowledge of our product range and sales processes.

Required profile

• Strong communication, organisational and presentation abilities.
• Result‑oriented and goal‑driven.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Experience in the construction and/or automotive industry.
• Sales experience, preferably direct sales.
• Knowledge of German and/or English is a plus.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
