About the role

The company is looking for a dedicated technologist to manage and improve the chocolate production process. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality output while meeting safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the entire chocolate production line.
• Analyse processes to improve performance and product quality.
• Design and implement new manufacturing procedures.
• Order raw materials and monitor inventory levels.
• Prepare production plans based on orders and capacity planning.
• Track efficiency, cost‑effectiveness and quality of output.
• Ensure compliance with quality control, safety regulations and internal procedures.
• Oversee maintenance activities for machinery and equipment.
• Develop new products in line with management requirements and collaborate with other departments.
• Maintain HACCP and ISO 9001 systems.

Required profile

• Experience in food or confectionery manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work autonomously and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Good organisational skills for planning and inventory management.
