About the role

The company is looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician who will also act as the Fleet Manager for its official vehicle fleet in Rijeka. The role combines hands‑on technical work with coordination of service activities to ensure the fleet remains safe, reliable and well‑maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the condition and compliance of all company vehicles.
• Organise and coordinate regular servicing, repairs, technical inspections and tyre changes.
• Arrange vehicle pick‑up and drop‑off from service workshops.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and related documentation.
• Report damages and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Ensure overall cleanliness and good condition of the fleet.
• Perform minor repairs and interventions on the premises.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, identify repair needs and address minor faults.
• Report major faults and liaise with external service providers when required.
• Carry out other routine building‑maintenance tasks.

Required profile

• Valid Category B driving licence with active driving experience.
• Technical aptitude and resourcefulness in performing repairs.
• Ability to work independently, responsibly and in an organised manner.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
