About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technician to join our sampling and stability department. You will work on the collection, handling, and documentation of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products in a GMP‑compliant pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sampling of incoming materials, intermediates and finished goods according to defined procedures.
• Participate in sampling during process validation and cleaning validation activities.
• Collect samples to monitor microbiological conditions of the production environment.
• Operate laboratory equipment and tools required for sampling tasks.
• Provide general department support, including washing sampling tools, cleaning and disinfecting sampling areas, and maintaining sample transport containers.
• Handle hazardous chemicals safely, applying all required safety measures.
• Maintain and update documentation related to sampling activities, including records, archiving, and deviation investigations.
• Work in three shifts and occasional weekends as needed.
• Apply GMP guidelines, internal procedures and quality system standards in daily work.

Required profile

• Secondary school (IV level) in chemistry, pharmacy or a related field.
• Preferably some experience in a similar role or in the food, chemical or pharmaceutical industry (not mandatory).
• Passive knowledge of English.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Organised, responsible, precise and detail‑oriented.
• Good communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
• Motivated to achieve goals, learn continuously and develop professionally.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and manage time effectively.
• Capability to recognise potential risks and act promptly.
• Willingness to lift loads heavier than 15 kg occasionally.
