About the role

The Cleanroom Monitoring Technician ensures that microbiological and particulate conditions in cleanrooms and process media meet strict production standards. The role involves performing routine analyses, handling samples, and supporting the continuous improvement of processes and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Control microbiological and particulate parameters of cleanrooms and process media.
• Conduct microbiological and physico‑chemical analyses on production samples.
• Read microbiological nutrient media and perform visual inspection of samples.
• Receive incoming consumables and prepare them for cleanroom monitoring activities.
• Report deviations and damages promptly and propose improvements to processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Secondary vocational education with experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, cosmetic or related industries.
• Strong time‑management, systematic and methodical work approach.
• Initiative, creativity, positive attitude and openness to learning.
• Personal responsibility for safe work practices.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Willingness to work rotating two‑shift schedule (06‑14h / 14‑22h) with occasional weekend work.
