Team Lead Software Testing - Electronic Components

About the role

Jungheinrich, with over 30 years of experience in software and digital product development, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to manage its Software Testing Electronic Components group. The role combines technical and disciplinary management, with a focus on innovation, high quality and streamlined processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the group technically and disciplinarily, develop and expand it, set working methods and consolidate interfaces with other areas
• Create, control and optimise work processes within the team and with other departments and divisions
• Plan, initiate and monitor the costs, quality, capacity and deadlines of sub-projects
• Prepare management summaries and support management in decisions and concept development
• Collaborate technically on the team's ongoing development content and observe software testing technology trends
• Ensure continuous specialist knowledge development and share it across development areas

Required profile

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer science or mathematics or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of management experience
• Experience in software testing (ISTQB certification is a plus)
• Independent, structured and pragmatic working style, with strong verbal and written English (German is a plus)
