Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform Consultant

About the role

Endava's Business Platforms team builds and manages integrated digital platforms supporting CRM, marketing automation, CMS, ITMS, e-commerce, intranet and insurtech. As a Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform Consultant in Osijek, you join an implementation team that works on the MS Power Platform / MS Dynamics stack.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in and drive solution design on the MS Power Platform / MS Dynamics stack, and implement the solution through declarative configuration of standard functionality and extensions.
• Perform unit testing, guide the testing team, and take part in reviewing and deploying the solution.
• Guide and review the work of more junior colleagues.
• Design, configure, test and deploy MS Dynamics 365 / Power Platform applications according to the Architecture Blueprint specification.
• Document design specifications and take part in executing and documenting tests to meet quality standards.
• Communicate with clients and client teams on business requirements, and report designs and progress to customers, team leads and team members.
• Estimate work content and achieve planned timelines, and mentor newer team members.

Required profile

• Technical background and knowledge of design principles.
• Previous experience in an architecture field.
• Real-life experience with application lifecycle management and DevOps.
• Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Resco Mobile CRM, SharePoint, Microsoft Flows, PowerApps and Power BI is welcomed; integration platforms (Logic Apps, SSIS, Scribe, BizTalk) are also welcomed.
• Greenfield implementation experience is a big plus.

Required skills

• Model-driven app knowledge and Dynamics CRM knowledge.
• Dataverse knowledge and proficiency with Power Platform tools.
• Understanding of MS D365 CE capabilities and architecture, including choosing between out-of-the-box configurations and custom development.
