Talent Acquisition & Development Manager (m/ž)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition & Development Manager will lead the full recruitment cycle for professional, supervisory and key operational positions in retail, while also driving internal talent development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and selection for specialist, managerial and operational retail roles.
• Conduct interviews, assessments and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Design and run assessment and development centres to identify potential and support internal promotions.
• Oversee onboarding processes to guarantee successful integration of new hires.
• Participate in creating and delivering development programmes for store staff and managers.
• Analyse employee turnover and implement actions to improve retention and engagement.
• Prepare reports and analyses related to hiring, talent development and retention.
• Collaborate with regional managers, store leaders and the HR team on talent planning and organisational capability building.

Required profile

• University degree in social sciences, economics or a related field.
• Experience conducting competency‑based interviews and assessment centres.
• Understanding of employee development, onboarding and retention processes.
• Strong communication, organisational and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, autonomous and results‑oriented mindset.
• Preferably experience in retail, service industries or large‑scale organisations.
• Good command of English.
• Valid driving licence.
