Recruiter (m/ž) – Remote (Croatia)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage the full hiring cycle for our clients' projects. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Croatia while collaborating closely with the founders of an international outsourcing company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection for client projects.
• Conduct interviews in German and English.
• Understand project requirements and define selection criteria.
• Assess candidates' language and communication skills and match them to project needs.
• Create and manage recruitment campaigns using Meta advertising (Facebook, Instagram).
• Publish and manage job ads on portals and local channels.
• Monitor advertising channel performance and adjust strategies based on results.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in recruiting, HR or talent acquisition.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Self‑discipline and good time‑management while working from home.
• Motivation to work in a dynamic startup environment.
