HR asistent za Hrvatsku i Sloveniju (m/ž)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Assistant to support our operations in Croatia and Slovenia. The role involves managing all administrative HR obligations and documentation to ensure timely compliance and consistency across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Register and deregister employees in Croatia.
• Maintain employee records, annual leave, and other HR data for Croatia and Slovenia.
• Track student contracts and related documentation in both countries.
• Prepare employment contracts, manage complete employee documentation, and coordinate health and safety training.
• Draft internal acts and decisions related to employment and retail matters in Croatia.
• Collect and archive all HR-related documents for Croatia and Slovenia.
• Provide sales support, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and perform secretarial tasks in Croatia.
• Assist with bookkeeping review, supplier contacts, and other tasks as directed by management.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in similar HR or administrative roles, preferably in retail or distribution.
• Good written and spoken English is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, responsible, proactive, precise, systematic, and able to set priorities.
• Strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
