About the role
We are looking for a new member to join our accounting team in Zagreb. The role involves handling invoices, communicating with suppliers, and supporting the finance department.
Key responsibilities
- Posting incoming invoices for goods and expenses
- Controlling and closing open items
- Invoicing
- Communicating and reconciling statements with suppliers
- Preparing payment orders
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Required profile
- Completed secondary or higher education in economics or a related field
- At least one year of experience in similar accounting tasks
- Proactive and results‑oriented
- Reliable and responsible with strong attention to detail
- Willing to continuously improve knowledge and skills
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
