Senior Card Product Expert

About the role

Imagine your product ending up in wallets and phones of users across 15 markets. At Aircash, our cards are a core part of the ecosystem and you will own the card product from idea through launch, growth and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new card products and features, leading projects from concept to launch.
• Manage the Aircash Mastercard portfolio across 15 markets, ensuring smooth lifecycle operations.
• Write functional specifications that developers, designers and QA can act on immediately.
• Collaborate with partners such as Mastercard, processors and manufacturers on certifications, personalisation and integrations.
• Make data‑driven decisions by tracking performance, analysing user experience and business results.
• Prepare analyses, projections and plans to support team decision‑making.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in card product development or portfolio management.
• University degree, preferably in economics, mathematics, natural sciences or related field.
• Strong knowledge of card‑related concepts: authorization, BIN, PAN, 3DS, tokenisation, PSD2 and SCA.
• Experience with chargebacks, fraud monitoring, e‑commerce or digital channels.
• Product‑owner mindset, independent yet collaborative, adaptable to changing priorities.
• Fluent English communication, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Mastercard or Visa scheme experience.
• Apple Pay, Google Pay or tokenisation integration.
• Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
