About the role

We are looking for a motivated IT Support Associate to join our team in Zagreb. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of workstations, software, and network infrastructure, while providing excellent user support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and install workstations and office IT equipment.
• Install and configure software such as Windows, Microsoft Office, and business applications.
• Administer user accounts and services in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Monitor and maintain network equipment.
• Document procedures and keep an inventory of IT assets.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and partners for installations and services.
• Participate in small IT projects, including migrations and system upgrades.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
• Understanding of network technologies (LAN, WLAN, TCP/IP).
• Experience managing a web shop.
• Desirable knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with basic accounting concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent business communication skills.
