About the role

Join KentBank's Banking Operations sector in Zagreb as a Support Department Associate. You will work closely with sales staff and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and high‑quality data management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support and collaborate with sales employees in everyday business activities.
• Monitor and inform bank clients throughout the business relationship according to internal procedures.
• Ensure data quality in the bank's core system, support process owners and generate reports.
• Organise and correct incorrectly entered data in the system.
• Test basic scenarios of the core system and internet services.
• Participate in process and service improvements within the Support Department.
• Prepare reports for departmental needs.
• Contribute to achieving departmental goals and results.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics or a secondary school diploma with at least 3 years of banking experience.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organisational, analytical and reliable attitude with focus on data accuracy.
• Team player with solid communication skills.
• Orientation towards continuous learning and process improvement.
