About the role

The Field Collaborator for the IMB portfolio will support the sales network across several counties in Croatia. You will be the on‑site representative of IMB tobacco products, ensuring they are visible, well‑stocked and correctly displayed at points of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily visits to customers in line with IMB’s strategy.
• Guarantee presence, visibility, storage and proper arrangement of IMB tobacco products at all sales locations.
• Monitor product placement against defined standards and planograms.
• Carry out POS visits according to predefined routines and classification of outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with POS representatives, providing high‑level service to drive sales growth.
• Educate and inform sales staff about product characteristics and follow international marketing guidelines, IMB procedures and legal regulations.

Required profile

• Self‑initiative, reliability and responsibility.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Valid B‑category driving licence and active driver status.
