Business Relationship Manager – Small & Medium Enterprises

About the role

Join KentBank’s growing team in Zagreb as a Business Relationship Manager for the SME segment. You will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, maintaining existing relationships, and delivering tailored banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients in the small and medium‑enterprise segment.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with existing corporate customers.
• Sell bank products and services according to sales plans, gather required documentation, and participate in transaction structuring.
• Analyse clients’ financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and prepare loan‑approval decisions.
• Prepare business plans, reports and propose measures to improve operations.
• Ensure high service quality, provide expert support and resolve client requests and complaints promptly.

Required profile

• Economics background with at least 4 years of banking experience in sales of banking products to legal entities.
• Strong knowledge of bank products, insurance instruments and relevant regulations.
• Ability to identify client needs, communicate proactively and propose optimal solutions.
• Excellent understanding of financial statements and risk assessment.
• Proactive, result‑oriented, responsible and contributes to a positive work atmosphere.
• Fluent in English and proficient with personal computer tools.
