About the role

We are looking for a Digital Sales Support Specialist to maximise conversion on our online channels by engaging customers who have shown interest in our services. The role involves timely communication, problem‑solving and close collaboration with digital marketing and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Contact users who started but did not complete an order (follow‑up).
• Assist customers in resolving issues during the online purchase process, such as order steps and package selection.
• Process leads received via the website (contact forms, campaigns).
• Advise customers and tailor offers to their needs.
• Identify reasons for abandonment and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with digital marketing and sales teams.
• Detect and resolve obstacles to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor post‑transaction processes from purchase to delivery.
• Continuously evaluate channel performance and initiate actions to improve quality, reach and conversion.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education (SSS).
• Developed communication and sales skills.
• Customer‑oriented and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to recognise sales opportunities.
• Basic understanding of digital channels (web, online shopping).
• Good computer literacy.
• Hardworking, responsible, tidy and punctual.
• Enjoys teamwork and adapts quickly to new situations.
