About the role

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our Pharmacy Telephone Sales department in Zagreb. The role involves handling customer orders, preparing quotations and supporting the sales team with up‑to‑date product information.

Key responsibilities

• Receive pharmacy orders and create accurate offers.
• Maintain knowledge of the product range and monitor new releases.
• Contact customers by phone to confirm orders and provide information.
• Collect, process and record sales data.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma (SSS) and qualification as a pharmaceutical technician.
• Preferably previous experience in a pharmacy environment.
• Proficient computer user.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Responsible and reliable in daily tasks.
