About the role

The Recruitment Specialist will manage the full recruitment and selection cycle for operational positions, supporting the HR Business Partner and Regional Managers. The role focuses on attracting the best talent for our hospitality business in Zagreb and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish job ads aligned with employer branding and manage advertising platforms.
• Maintain and expand recruitment channels, using existing ones and opening new ones to reach top candidates.
• Conduct pre‑selection, coordinate selection with locations, and oversee the entire hiring process to ensure speed and quality.
• Handle work permits and health examinations for foreign workers.
• Intensively recruit and select new teams during periods of expansion, both within and outside Zagreb.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in hospitality, retail or a similar field.
• Ability to work independently managing multiple recruitment channels and platforms.
• Experience hiring foreign workers and collaborating with employment agencies is a strong plus.
• Professional communication from the first contact, reflecting a reliable and pleasant employer.
