About the role

The ICT Contract Management Specialist will support the bank in monitoring contract renewal deadlines, coordinating with ICT, legal and procurement teams, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Track renewal deadlines for ICT contracts and report status to ICT Management.
• Collaborate with ICT, legal and procurement departments to draft and evaluate contract proposals.
• Participate in risk‑evaluation processes and ensure contracts align with internal procedures, group policies and regulations such as DORA and GDPR.
• Manage group‑wide contracts, monitor service delivery and coordinate obligations.
• Support third‑party risk assessments for ICT solutions and services.
• Contribute to standardisation and improvement of ICT contract management processes.
• Assist in planning and budgeting of ICT contracts.
• Provide advisory support to ICT teams during procurement of new systems and services.

Required profile

• University degree in business‑technical, computer science or a related field relevant to ICT contract governance.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in a directly related role.
• Familiarity with ICT contract management, regulatory requirements (DORA, GDPR) and preferably the ITIL framework.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Continuous personal development and awareness of ICT trends.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 suite.
• ITIL framework (advantage).
• Knowledge of ICT solutions, SLA contracts and cloud service models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
