About the role

The Project Support Specialist will provide technical and project assistance to customers, the sales team and other stakeholders in construction projects. You will be involved from opportunity identification and document analysis through solution selection, product presentation and project follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements, technical documentation and drawings.
• Develop and propose appropriate Würth fastening solutions.
• Collaborate with customers, designers, contractors and other participants to align technical solutions.
• Visit construction sites and project offices to give technical support, present products and monitor activities.
• Prepare technical bases for offers, presentations and trainings.
• Conduct customer trainings on fastening technology and related solutions.
• Create weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on project activities and results.
• Participate in offer presentations, technical negotiations and closing sales together with the sales team.

Required profile

• Secondary school, vocational or higher education in a technical field (preferably civil, mechanical or related engineering).
• Professional, responsible and independent work attitude.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to coordinate multiple activities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to cooperate with customers, sales representatives, designers and other project participants.
• Focus on quality, achieving agreed goals and finding practical technical solutions.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for reading, analysing and editing 2D technical documents.
• Valid Category B driving licence and readiness for frequent travel and field work.
