About the role

The company is looking for an Assistant / Trainee in the Occupational Safety Department to support daily safety administration and documentation across construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update occupational safety records and internal databases.
• Enter data into internal tables and databases.
• Scan, archive, and organise safety documentation.
• Monitor deadlines for equipment inspections and related paperwork.
• Track medical examination and training deadlines for workers.
• Collect documentation from employees, contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare site‑specific safety documentation.
• Assist with personal protective equipment inventory.
• Provide administrative support for safety reports.
• Occasionally visit construction sites with a safety specialist.
• Help photograph and record site conditions.
• Perform other administrative tasks as directed by the safety specialist.

Required profile

• Higher or secondary education in safety, occupational health, or a technical field.
• No prior work experience required.
• Active knowledge of English (spoken and written) – preferred.
• Strong organisational skills, responsibility and reliability.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites occasionally.
• Valid Category B driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Basic computer literacy.
