About the role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our IT team in Zagreb, handling infrastructure maintenance, user support and system development.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and prepare computers, mobile devices, scanners and other peripherals.
• Install and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Administer user accounts, groups and access rights in Active Directory.
• Maintain Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure, including patching.
• Manage network infrastructure such as switches, routers, firewalls and Wi‑Fi.
• Handle VLAN segmentation and network topologies.
• Participate in the implementation of new IT solutions.
• Monitor IT security and apply security policies.
• Create technical documentation.
• Collaborate with external partners and IT equipment suppliers.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in IT infrastructure administration.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of Linux.
• Experience with Windows Server environment.
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Understanding of computer networks, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and NAT.
• Experience configuring VLANs and network segmentation.
• Basic knowledge of virtualization (Hyper‑V or VMware).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve user problems.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Active knowledge of English.
