About the role

The New Product Introduction Specialist will support the launch and modification of tobacco products, ensuring smooth coordination across engineering, planning and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing project guidelines to assess feasibility and stakeholder impact.
• Define tasks for product changes or new developments, assign responsibilities and monitor execution.
• Conduct comprehensive product analyses, highlighting deviations from project requirements.
• Assess technology, equipment and machinery needs in collaboration with Engineering, Planning and Production.
• Track key project milestones, identify risks and review progress against results.
• Oversee machine adaptation and repack processes for new components and support first‑run production.
• Drive continuous improvement of product introduction processes and help establish new work standards (WoW).
• Ensure compliance with all relevant processes and procedures.

Required profile

• Vocational secondary school (VSS) or equivalent.
• Experience in production technology, quality control or product development.
• Strong English communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing technologies and processes.
• Planning, scheduling and project‑management capabilities.
• Teamwork, communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
