About the role

The Medical Retail Specialist will be the primary point of contact for customers in our Zagreb store, providing expert advice on medical devices such as insulin pumps and related consumables. The role combines customer service, sales administration and store management in a regulated healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Offer professional, empathetic guidance to customers selecting and using medical products.
• Handle customer inquiries in‑person, by phone and email.
• Process HZZO reimbursement documents and interact with CEZIH and Eskulap systems.
• Issue invoices, maintain sales records and prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Monitor inventory levels, organise stock and ensure optimal store readiness.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal retail procedures.

Required profile

• Medical or pharmaceutical education (secondary or higher education).
• Strong organisational abilities and experience in customer‑facing roles.
• High level of empathy, communication skills and professionalism.
• Attention to detail, systematic work style and ability to work in a team.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
