About the role

Join the Cyber Security team of Zagrebačka banka as an Information Security Specialist. You will work on protecting the bank’s digital assets and supporting a strong security culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct periodic cybersecurity controls and assessments.
• Evaluate and manage third‑party security risks.
• Support implementation and continuous monitoring of the cyber‑security governance framework.
• Develop and maintain security policies and procedures.
• Monitor KPI/KRI trends, analyse negative indicators and define corrective actions.
• Assist internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Contribute to security awareness initiatives and promote a strong security culture.
• Participate in bank projects and provide internal/external security reporting.

Required profile

• University degree (VII level) in a relevant field.
• Understanding of cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27000, NIST, PCI DSS.
• Proactive mindset, critical thinking and ability to solve problems independently.
• Active knowledge of English.
• Motivation for continuous learning and teamwork.
