About the role

We are looking for a passionate Pastry Chef to join Breadclub’s innovative team. You will help transform our love for baking into new, high‑quality dessert creations that delight our guests and set trends.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of pastries following standardized recipes and strict quality standards.
• Creatively design and develop new desserts, keeping seasonal trends and guest preferences in mind.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
• Properly store ingredients and manage inventory.
• Collaborate actively with the kitchen team and support collective goals.
• Continuously improve skills and stay updated on pastry industry innovations.

Required profile

• At least secondary education; formal qualification is not mandatory.
• Previous experience in pastry preparation, either professionally or through self‑learning.
• Strong passion for pastry arts and attention to detail.
• Reliability, precision, and ability to work under pressure.
• Team spirit and eagerness to learn.
