About the role

ROCA Croatia is looking for a motivated warehouse worker who can also operate a forklift. The position is based in Zaprešić and involves handling incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining order in the storage area, and ensuring safe operation of material‑handling equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, prepare and dispatch goods in the warehouse.
• Place pallets on racks and retrieve items according to picking orders.
• Pack and palletise products based on order specifications.
• Assemble product sets and load goods onto transport vehicles.
• Maintain a log of oil changes and other maintenance activities for forklifts.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education.
• At least minimal experience in similar warehouse or material‑handling roles.
• Valid category B driving licence and active driver status.
• Forklift certification is an advantage; if not held, the company will provide training.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a positive approach to colleagues and customers.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Driving (category B).
