About the role

Join the IT department’s Business Support area as a System Technician I. You will provide first‑line technical assistance to internal users and help keep the company’s IT environment running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to end‑users.
• Handle incidents and service requests through a central ticketing system.
• Install, configure and maintain workstations, peripherals and other IT equipment.
• Perform basic management of local infrastructure and support network and system services.
• Collaborate with the central IT team to resolve more complex issues.
• Assist in the rollout of new solutions and changes within the IT environment.

Required profile

• Medium vocational education in computer science or a related field.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Familiarity with personal computer operating environments and information system concepts.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Team‑player attitude and initiative.

Required skills

• Ticketing system usage for incident and request management.
• Workstation installation and configuration.
• Peripheral setup and maintenance.
• Basic local infrastructure management.
• Network service support.
