About the role

The Bank is looking for a System Engineer who will be responsible for testing, implementing and maintaining both new and existing software and hardware solutions across its IT landscape. The role focuses on Microsoft, mobile device management and Citrix virtualization technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, test and maintain systems based on Microsoft platforms, Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Citrix virtualization.
• Develop and run scripts using PowerShell and leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Deploy, test and support Windows servers and related services.
• Participate in projects delivering new IT solutions for the bank and its group entities.
• Interact directly with VIP end‑users, gather requirements, analyse results and propose optimisations.
• Monitor emerging technologies and continuously acquire new knowledge.
• Coordinate with other organisational units and project teams, providing regular status reports.
• Organise and systematise project documentation, processes and user guides.
• Prepare and update user documentation and regularly report on work outcomes.

Required profile

• Completed at least a university degree in a technical field (e.g., FER, VVG, FOI, FESB, PMF, Algebra, TVZ or similar).
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience communicating with VIP users and collaborating in project teams.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
