About the role

As a member of the Reward & Engagement team, you will help shape and continuously improve JGL's Total Reward offering for employees across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Execute annual compensation and benefits cycles, including job evaluations, market and internal salary analyses, bonus planning, benefits package design, and equity analysis.
• Manage the Goal Management system and related reward processes.
• Contribute to the development and global implementation of new compensation policies.
• Educate managers and employees on all elements of total reward, providing support and training.
• Maintain HRIS modules for Compensation & Benefits and Goal Management, and drive further digitalisation of reward processes.
• Monitor market trends and legislative changes to continuously enhance reward practices.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, finance, mathematics, psychology or a related field; additional HR analytics or project management education is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably with HR controlling or HR project experience.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive, organized and excellent communication skills.
• Data‑driven with a builder mindset, able to design and improve systems.
• Experience in large, internationally operating organisations.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence and willingness to travel occasionally between Rijeka and Zagreb.
