Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

Solflare, a rapidly growing crypto wallet with offices in Zagreb, Belgrade and Novi Sad, is looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to own and advance its organic search strategy across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms. The role builds on an existing SEO foundation, works on a large-scale website with potentially millions of indexed pages, and involves close collaboration with Marketing, Product and Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the SEO strategy, turning identified opportunities into a clear, actionable roadmap.
• Improve rankings, qualified organic traffic and visibility for Solflare and its products across global markets.
• Lead technical SEO: crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking and performance on a large website.
• Optimize for Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and other emerging discovery platforms.
• Shape content SEO with content creators so pages match search intent and drive organic growth.
• Strengthen off-page SEO, domain authority and backlink quality.
• Support organic visibility for the browser extension and other product channels.
• Monitor performance, turn data into insights and refine priorities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Engineering to implement SEO improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven organic growth in competitive markets.
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to SEO strategy, from opportunity identification to execution and measurement.
• Data-driven, able to work independently and collaborate effectively; strong communication skills and professional English.
• Nice to have: crypto/Web3/fintech experience, large dynamic sites, international SEO, ASO or Chrome Web Store knowledge.

• On-page SEO, content optimization, off-page SEO and link-building
• Ahrefs, Google Search Console and other SEO analytics and auditing tools
• Familiarity with AI search optimization (AEO)
