E-business Assistant

About the role

Nestlé's Purina team in Zagreb is looking for an E-business Assistant to help bring its digital and eCommerce plans to life across multiple markets. You will work closely with Brand teams, digital agencies and cross-functional partners so that brands are visible, engaging and consistently represented across digital channels. The role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, coordinating several projects and combining creativity with organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support Purina's digital strategy by understanding its ambitions, objectives and priorities at Z-EUR and local level, as well as the central Brand strategy and tactics.
• Apply knowledge of digital technologies and tools to support the briefing process for digital projects, based on input from Digital and Brand Marketing teams.
• Help optimise the digital media mix investment across customers and channels, aligned with portfolio and brand pricing strategies to improve return on investment.
• Support online eCommerce execution by reviewing product portfolios with clients and coordinating with cross-functional teams on high-quality digital shelf content.
• Translate Brand and Digital team requirements into clear briefs for digital agencies and ensure agreed activities are executed properly.
• Manage social media and digital activity calendars for brands, defining priorities and channel selection with Brand teams and agency partners.
• Propose digital briefs to advertising agencies, review and assess agency proposals, and monitor basic digital KPIs and trends.

Required profile

• University degree, or final year student.
• 1 year of experience in a similar role within digital or eCommerce environments.
• Creative and innovative thinking, combined with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Advantages: experience with digital agencies, reading digital media plans, managing influencer activities on social media, and familiarity with analytics platforms, data studios, ad serving tools or campaign management systems.

Required skills

• Mid-level knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of Drupal systems is an advantage.
