Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant – Finance & Controlling

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant to join our Zagreb team and work on international finance transformation projects. The role focuses on designing, configuring and implementing SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions in ECC and S/4HANA environments for manufacturing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client finance and controlling processes and translate requirements into SAP FI/CO solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP FI and CO modules in ECC and S/4HANA projects.
• Participate in solution design, build, testing, documentation and end‑user training.
• Collaborate with global consulting teams to deliver integrated enterprise solutions.
• Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing within the local SAP competence centre.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in finance or controlling with SAP consulting.
• Hands‑on experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations.
• University degree in Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
