Senior PV Officer / Team Leader (Pharmacovigilance Manager)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Pharmacovigilance Officer to lead a team and manage ICSR activities, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance across projects. The role involves supporting project teams, overseeing staff, and driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to other activities undertaken by the project team on behalf of the client and the company.
• Line‑manage assigned ICSR staff and create/maintain project‑specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities.
• Propose and implement process changes to improve ICSR operational efficiency.
• Manage ICSR deviations in collaboration with the ICSR Operational Lead.
• Review trackers and timesheet data to ensure accuracy.
• Participate in ICSR processing and perform second‑level quality checks of cases.

Required profile

• Life‑science graduate (pharmacy, nursing or related) with 3‑4 years of pharmacovigilance experience, including at least 1 year in a line‑manager role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organization, delegation, planning and time‑management abilities.
• Team‑working mindset with attention to detail and multitasking capability.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and advanced literacy in MS Office.
