Senior Product Manager - Trade Dimensions

About the role

NielsenIQ is looking for an experienced, outcome-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the Trade Dimensions product line, which provides retail store and business establishment reference data and underpins the Store Intelligence portfolio. The role turns customer and business needs into a product roadmap and prioritized requirements, working with engineering, data science, operations, commercial and market teams to deliver trusted, scalable data products. It is a full-time position in Zagreb.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision and strategy for Trade Dimensions within the Store Intelligence portfolio, and define and communicate its roadmap
• Lead cross-functional product squads and coach colleagues and delivery partners
• Analyze retail and location intelligence markets and engage customers, sales and market teams to turn insights into product improvements
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned products, from discovery and business case through delivery, launch and adoption
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, defining requirements and acceptance criteria for coverage, taxonomy, attributes, quality and refresh cycles
• Use AI, automation, data and analytics to improve entity discovery, classification, matching, enrichment and quality monitoring
• Set and monitor KPIs such as coverage, completeness, accuracy, freshness, adoption, revenue and customer satisfaction
• Communicate priorities, trade-offs, plans, risks and results internally and externally, and work with sales, marketing and delivery on go-to-market and launch support

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex data, analytics, reference data or platform products
• Demonstrated experience with retail location, store reference or business establishment data, including sourcing, taxonomies, hierarchies, metadata, harmonization, quality and refresh processes
• Proven ability to lead through influence, manage trade-offs and guide cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, and a customer-focused approach
