Senior Pharmacovigilance Associate

About the role

Ergomed is looking for a Senior Pharmacovigilance Associate to join its PrimeVigilance team in Zagreb. The role is centred on processing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) and supporting the ICSR management unit to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Process ICSR data from all sources, ensuring compliance with regulations, PrimeVigilance procedures and client requirements.
• Perform ICSR follow‑up, SAE/SUSAR management, clinical and partner reconciliation, and generate database outputs and reports.
• Handle product quality complaints, interact with Quality Assurance and Medical Information, and manage MedDRA and WHO coding.
• Support PV processes, workflow and resource management, and act as Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance when required.

Required profile

• Life‑science graduate (pharmacy, nursing or related) with at least 1 year of pharmacovigilance experience.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and time/issue management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) and advanced literacy in MS Office.
