About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Advisor and Promoter to represent the Dior beauty brand in our Zagreb location. You will be the face of Dior, delivering personalized service and promoting makeup, skincare, and perfume collections to our clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell Dior beauty products (make‑up, skincare, perfumes).
• Provide personalized advice to customers in line with Dior’s brand philosophy.
• Maintain the visual standards of the sales area and product presentation according to Dior guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels, testers and promotional materials.
• Report sales activities regularly.
• Participate in brand education sessions and training.
• Deliver a high‑level, luxurious customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Polite, professional, detail‑oriented.
• Good sense of aesthetics and interest in the beauty industry.
• Enjoys working with people and maintains a positive attitude.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop.
• Previous experience in cosmetics or luxury product sales is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office.
