Šanker / Barista (m/ž)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista / Shift Leader to start the day with the sound of the grinder and the aroma of freshly ground coffee. You will ensure all equipment is correctly set up, manage stock, and lead the team to deliver a wide range of coffee drinks, from classic espresso to refreshing chillaccino.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and adjust coffee machines and related equipment each shift.
• Maintain inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups and other supplies.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage recipes according to guest preferences.
• Organise, motivate and coordinate the team during the shift.
• Ensure a positive atmosphere and efficient service for all guests.

Required profile

• Cheerful attitude that contributes to a pleasant work environment.
• Passion for coffee and willingness to share knowledge with colleagues.
• Ability to work quickly and adapt to changing customer demands.

Required skills

• Operation and calibration of professional coffee machines.
• Preparation of espresso‑based drinks and other specialty beverages.
