Sales & Marketing Director – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Director to lead the commercial strategy of a premier tourist resort on the Adriatic coast. You will drive occupancy, revenue growth, and brand positioning across accommodation, congress, and meeting facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to maximise occupancy and profitability of all resort facilities.
• Lead and motivate a cross‑functional team through open, stimulating communication.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning and business forecasting.
• Design pricing strategies and sales plans aligned with market dynamics.
• Conduct market segmentation, identify trends and seize new business opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales deals and nurture long‑term partner relationships.
• Implement technology solutions for sales reporting, data analysis and marketing automation.

Required profile

• University degree in hospitality, economics or a related business field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong business communication and leadership capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using ERP tools.
